• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• LifeFlow Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription; it does not auto-renew

Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by separate, signed Master Service Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW). Website content does not constitute a binding contract.

8. Intellectual Property

Maintenance

We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or improvements. We will provide notice when possible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.

We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASHSECURE TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on information provided by our services
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages arising from interruption or unavailability of our services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time through app settings or by emailing info@hashsecure.us.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to our services will be revoked
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days (unless legally required to retain)
• No refunds will be provided for the current billing period

13. Changes to Terms

• We will notify you of material changes via email and/or in-app notification
• We will provide a plain-language summary of significant changes
• Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with changes, you may close your account

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@hashsecure.us to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HashSecure Technologies LLC.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: We may assign these Terms without notice. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
