How we work
Four movements. Agents do the work; people own the result.
Every engagement follows the same shape. In each movement, agents do the reading, sorting and drafting, and every decision has a person’s name next to it.
The movements
- Assess
Look before you build
Agents read the code, configurations, tickets and logs; we speak with the people running it. The gaps are written down plainly, without spin.
- Roadmap
Draw the route
The gaps become a sequenced plan with owners and dates, and one page that leadership can read in five minutes.
- Implement
Walk it together
Your teams and their agents ship the plan, with review and tests as the gates. Pilots before rollouts. Runbooks before cutovers.
- Measure
Check the map against the ground
Agents keep the numbers current; we report against the targets set at the start, and change course when they ask us to.
In practice
- Assess
- Tracing CUI system by system shrank a defense contractor’s boundary before a single control was bought.
- Roadmap
- A one-page plan let leadership approve a global identity program in one meeting.
- Implement
- Pilots per application group made a ten-thousand-person cutover uneventful.
- Measure
- A weekly On-SLO number turned a vulnerability backlog into a leadership metric.
Principles
- Agents first
- If a task is reading, sorting or drafting, an agent does it first.
- Owners, not committees
- Every action, human or agent, has one accountable name next to it.
- Evidence as a by-product
- Build for the outcome; the audit trail follows.
